"I have booked this hotel from oyo 1st I have waited reception for 2hrs for payment issue I have paid full amount from the app but they asking extra amount after that bed totally broken bed sheet is very dirty and only one power point. Recommend -not good"

"Hotel location was good but as many of the users say that they have booked the rooms for from oyo but at the reception when they reach the receptionist and other room service members will refuse to accept your booking this problem was also faced by me but after giving them some extra charges they accepted the booking and provided the room however the rooms were not very much clean and no door Mats were there to clean your 👣 . One of the best suggestion I can give in the short is that first of all before booking from any hotels please contact to oyo customer care number and confirm from their side that whether the hotel owners will accept your booking from the same amount or not. Then only book the rooms"

"I had booked this hotel for the first time, but it was a very disappointing experience. There was no water and no electricity backup. I was forced to book another hotel late at night. The staff was not helpful at all. They promised to arrange another room but kept me waiting at the reception for over an hour.I am not recommended this hotel"

"I had a terrible experience during my stay. The room was filthy, with dirty bedsheets, a defective pillow, and to my shock, old bottles and a condom under the bed. The room was also infested with mosquitoes, making it hard to sleep. I complained about the non-functional Wi-Fi on the 2nd floor every day, but the staff just kept saying they were "trying" without any real action. For 7 nights, I paid ₹7,700, which isn’t a small amount, yet the service and cleanliness were far below expectations. Very disappointing and frustrating stay."
